Transportation Representative, AV

TOC (Transportation Operation Center) is Amazon's central command center for Transportation Execution across global supply chains in NA, India, and EU. We ensure timely freight movement from vendors to fulfillment centers (FC) and from FCs to carrier hubs. As a Trans Ops Specialist, you'll manage information flow between carriers, hubs, and warehouses while resolving real-time operational issues affecting customer experience and business continuity. You'll work across Inbound Operations (vendor-carrier-FC coordination) and Outbound Operations (FC-carrier-customer delivery), addressing exceptions throughout the transportation lifecycle. This role involves tactical problem-solving, network monitoring, trend analysis, and process improvement initiatives to streamline Amazon's transportation network. You'll use internal tools for real-time decision-making, escalate issues systematically, and drive operational excellence in a 24/7 dynamic environment, directly impacting Amazon's ability to serve customers on time.
