FresherOnly is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We provide:

  • For Job Seekers: Free access to job listings, application submission capabilities, and career resources
  • For Recruiters/Employers: Free job posting services, applicant management tools, and candidate access
  • For All Users: Platform usage data helps us improve services and understand employment trends

Free Service: Basic job posting and job searching services are provided free of charge. We may offer premium features in the future, which will be clearly marked and subject to separate terms.

3. User Accounts and Registration

For Job Seekers:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Your resume and application materials should be truthful and represent your qualifications accurately
  • You are responsible for keeping your profile information current

For Recruiters/Employers:

  • You must provide accurate company information
  • You must have the authority to represent your company and post job openings
  • All job postings must be for legitimate employment opportunities
  • You are responsible for the content of your job postings

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

All Users:

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
  • Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach platform security
  • Violating intellectual property rights of others
  • Collecting user information without consent

Additional Prohibitions for Recruiters:

  • Posting fake job openings or pyramid schemes
  • Charging fees to candidates for job applications
  • Discriminating based on protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, etc.)
  • Sharing candidate information with third parties without consent
  • Using candidate data for purposes other than legitimate hiring

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you post on the platform, including job descriptions, resumes, and messages.

5. Communication and Data Usage

How We Communicate:

  • Job Applications: When you apply for jobs, employers will receive your application materials
  • Platform Updates: We may send important platform announcements and updates
  • Job Alerts: You may receive job recommendations based on your profile
  • Promotional Communications: With your consent, you may receive promotional emails from us or our partners

Data Collection and Usage:

  • We collect information necessary to provide our services
  • Platform usage data helps us improve services and understand trends
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research and analytics
  • We do not sell personal information to third parties for marketing purposes

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Important Disclaimers:

  • No Guarantee of Employment: We do not guarantee that job seekers will find employment or that employers will find suitable candidates
  • No Endorsement: We do not endorse or guarantee the legitimacy of employers or job seekers
  • User Verification: We do not verify all user information and are not responsible for false information provided by users
  • Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for content posted by users or third parties

Limitation of Liability:

  • FresherOnly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services
  • We are not responsible for employment decisions made by employers or job seekers
  • We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of users

Use at Your Own Risk: You use our platform at your own risk. We recommend exercising caution and conducting due diligence when interacting with other users.

8. Recruiter-Specific Terms

Additional terms apply to recruiters and employers using our platform:

Job Posting Requirements:

  • All job postings must be for legitimate, current employment opportunities
  • Job descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
  • Compensation information should be clearly stated or marked as "Not Disclosed"
  • You must comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations

Candidate Data Usage:

  • Candidate information may only be used for legitimate hiring purposes
  • You must protect candidate information and not share it without authorization
  • You must comply with data protection laws when processing candidate information
  • You are responsible for secure handling of applicant data

Application Process:

  • You agree to review applications in a timely manner
  • You should provide appropriate feedback or updates to applicants
  • You must not charge candidates for job applications
  • You must conduct fair and non-discriminatory hiring practices

Verification: We reserve the right to verify company information and may request documentation to confirm legitimacy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Survival: Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive termination.
