Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required for freshers and experienced candidates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Good understanding of business analysis concepts including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management is required. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and teams are crucial. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA is advantageous. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle is expected. Candidates should have attention to detail, ability to work in team environments, and willingness to learn domain-specific knowledge. Experience with business analysis tools like Visio, Balsamiq, or similar is a plus. Candidates should have strong academic record and passion for solving business problems through technology. Willingness to work in hybrid model and relocate to any of the specified locations (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Indore) is required.
