Job Description
Join PhonePe as a Social Media Advisor in customer experience team. Handle customer queries related to accounts and transactions through phone and digital channels. Requirements
Graduation (10+2+3) mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi. Multilingual skills in South Indian languages preferred. Strong customer orientation, active listening, and ability to handle objections. Team player flexible to feedback. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 0-1 years experience in customer service.
