Job Description

Candidate has to handle concerns and complaints raised by the customers/merchants on a day-to-day basis and make sure the daily tasks are being closed within the defined TAT with a good customer experience. Resolving day-to-day queries of the customers/merchants via call/chat. Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

1+ years’ experience in customer support. High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation. Exceptional multi-tasking skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
