Job Description

Volvo hiring Graduate Apprentice Trainee for freshers in Hosakote. Work on plant absenteeism management by preparing and presenting day-to-day absenteeism reports and supporting 100% availability of people in coordination with all stakeholders. Support recruitment, onboarding & induction of Fixed term employees and Graduate Apprentice trainees. Manage contract labour including recruitment, onboarding, induction, attendance management through biometric and monthly reports, statutory compliance, dashboard preparations, job rotation, awareness activities. Coordinate training for Temporary trainees. Support in developing policies related to Employee Relations and salary & wage administration. Support employee initiatives & welfare activities such as Birthday celebrations, Transportation, family day celebration, sports day, Ayudha pooja, Karnataka Rajyotsava etc.

Requirements

Graduation in BBA/BSW/BCom. Freshers can apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Excel, PowerPoint]. Knowledge of Power BI is preferred. Good analytical and reporting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Interest in HR operations and industrial relations. Good organizational and coordination skills. Team player with positive attitude.
