Job Description

Google hiring Product Support Engineer for 2026 passouts in Hyderabad. Work in gTech Ads team providing support for Google's advertising products. Apply subject matter expertise in Google's AI-driven ad products with focus on performance max. Develop and implement automation tools for diagnostics and debugging. Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service throughout customer journey. Analyze data and insights to create action plans to solve issues at root cause. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering teams to improve client journey. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Google's advertisers and Sales teams.

Requirements
