Job Description
Prophecy is hiring SDET Interns to learn software development engineering in test for our data engineering platform transforming how enterprises build data pipelines. You will assist in developing automated test frameworks, writing test scripts, and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities include learning test automation tools, assisting with API testing, and participating in test planning. Work on real testing challenges for data transformation platform. Gain exposure to data engineering concepts and testing methodologies. This internship offers hands-on experience with production software testing, mentorship from experienced SDET professionals, and opportunity to contribute to product used by Fortune 500 companies with potential for full-time conversion.
Requirements
2025-2026 graduates in Computer Science or related field eligible to apply. Basic programming skills in Python essential. Interest in software testing and quality assurance important. Understanding of software development concepts beneficial. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail required. Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment important. Good communication skills and team collaboration necessary. Willingness to learn data engineering domain essential. Previous testing experience or coursework advantageous.
