Job Description
Nokia is hiring Technical Support Engineers to provide expert technical assistance for our telecommunications products and solutions deployed globally. You will troubleshoot network equipment issues, analyze system logs, and resolve technical problems for mobile operators and enterprise customers. Responsibilities include handling customer support cases through ticketing system, conducting root cause analysis for network incidents, and providing configuration guidance for Nokia's wireless and optical products. Collaborate with R&D teams to escalate complex technical issues and contribute to knowledge base articles. Participate in customer training sessions and product demonstrations. Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related engineering field required. Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing protocols) essential. Knowledge of wireless technologies (4G/5G) or optical networking beneficial. Familiarity with Linux operating system and command line interface important. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers required.
