Job Description

Deloitte is seeking an Analyst for its Onboarding team in Hyderabad, offering an opportunity to join the world's largest professional services organization. As an Onboarding Analyst at Deloitte, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring smooth integration into the organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, managing documentation, verifying credentials, updating systems, and ensuring compliance with onboarding policies. You will work with HR systems, manage data, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates with strong organizational and communication skills. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or related field is required for freshers and experienced candidates. Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and stakeholders are crucial. Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint is required. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is important. Understanding of HR processes, onboarding procedures, or documentation management is beneficial. Good problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to improve processes are valued. Candidates should have customer service orientation and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus. Candidates should have strong academic record and passion for people operations. Willingness to work in hybrid model from Hyderabad office is required.
